We like you to love everything you try, but if you don't we'll happily offer you an exchange, or a full refund for goods returned within 30 days.

You can of course cancel your purchase by notifying us before dispatch.

If there is a manufacturing fault with your product, or a defect with your order you can return it to us within the 30 day trial period for replacement or refund. Naturally, this does not apply to any faults caused by accident, neglect or misuse.

If your product develops a manufacturing fault, it will be covered by our no quibble guarantee (excluding consumable items like bulbs). To return a light call us on 0800 032 9366 (Mon to Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm) and we will arrange collection at our cost (UK mainland).
